Reading the Bible - lesson for KS3 When studying RS/RE a big part of understanding where the basis of religion comes from is by analysing the scriptures. This lesson helps students understand how to read parts of the Bible and decipher what the parts mean. It looks at the language and why the Bible was written the way it was. Can be used as a one off lesson or as part of a series. Teacher to source own 4 versions of Psalm 23 for this lesson.

This lesson should follow other lessons on Buddhism. This lesson requires students to complete a research task looking at one famous Buddhist and creating a fact file about them.
